Who has custody of the child? If custody is shared, you do need consent. If you have sole custody, than you can leave.
Based on the fact that the baby is apparently a Canadian citizen, you should be fine. But check, via your embassy/immigration, police, etc.
For goodness sakeget phone number and here is your child so theyll help you good luck and hence the categorypassport and hence the reason you are asking there is their website httpgeointernationalgccacanamdallasmenuenasplang_update1 look at the correct legal responseyou are canadian as this could become serious.

I believe that, If custody is shared, you can leave your home but you must stay in the same city.
